We route the enquiry for clinical review
We route the enquiry to an appropriate independent treating clinic. The treating clinic decides whether more records, diagnostics or an in-person assessment are needed and whether a treatment plan can be offered.
Build the door-to-door journey
Once medical dates are confirmed, we organise pickup, flight timing, accommodation, local transfers, clinic visits, return travel and the return-home handover around the care plan.

Flights and hotels should never dictate the medical plan.
Avoid non-refundable travel commitments until the independent treating clinic has confirmed the medical schedule and expected stay. Patient-specific changes can still become necessary.
Before you pay or book travel
Your written plan should make clear who invoices the medical treatment, what is included in the clinic quotation, whether Turkelite charges you directly, which travel services are refundable and what happens if the treating clinic changes the medical plan after assessment.
If the plan changes
Medical findings can change the procedure, timing or suitability after further assessment. Travel and accommodation should therefore follow the confirmed clinical plan wherever possible, with cancellation and change conditions understood before payment.
