A headline All-on-4 price in Turkey can be appealing, but two quotations may describe very different treatment plans. One may cover implant placement and a temporary bridge; another may also include the final prosthesis and later appointments.
This guide is not a price list. It is a checklist for reading a written full-arch quote, understanding when costs may change and asking a dentist to explain whether the All-on-4 concept suits the jaw being treated.
Start with the clinical plan, not the number four
All-on-4 is a full-arch restoration concept in which four implants may support a fixed bridge in selected patients. Implant number, position and prosthesis design depend on bone, gum health, the bite and existing teeth.
Ask whether the proposal relates to an upper jaw, lower jaw or both; whether extractions are planned; and which alternatives the clinician considered. Four implants are not appropriate for every patient.
Temporary teeth and final teeth are different items
A temporary bridge may be used during healing, but immediate fixed teeth are not guaranteed in every case. Ask which loading criteria the dentist uses and what happens if stability or healing is not sufficient.
The definitive bridge may require another visit, new impressions or scans, bite adjustments and a different material. A cheap quote that excludes the final restoration cannot fairly be compared with one including it.
What a transparent All-on-4 quotation should list
Request itemised costs for consultation, radiographs or 3D imaging when indicated, extractions, implant components, surgical work, provisional bridge, final bridge, anaesthesia, medicines and check-ups.
It should also state the brand and traceability of implant components, the bridge material, which clinician performs the stages and which records you receive for your dentist at home.
Why the final bill may change after examination
Insufficient bone, gum disease, non-restorable teeth, infection or a different bite plan may change the sequence and cost. Some cases may involve grafting or a different restorative approach.
A responsible provider should identify the assumptions behind an estimate and ask for consent before adding procedures. Avoid paying non-refundable travel costs before the clinician confirms the examination and planned timetable.
How many trips may the plan require?
Full-arch rehabilitation is commonly discussed in stages: surgery and provisional work followed later by assessment and final restoration. Timings vary with anatomy, healing and clinic protocol.
Ask how many visits the quote assumes, whether travel and lodging are included for each stage, what happens if healing takes longer and how urgent dental issues will be handled between trips.
Maintenance is part of the long-term cost
Implant-supported bridges require home cleaning, professional maintenance and checks of the prosthesis and supporting implants. Repairs or replacements can arise over time.
Arrange a dentist willing to provide local follow-up and ask the treating clinic for component details and a written maintenance plan. A lifetime guarantee in advertising is not a substitute for the actual warranty terms.
Questions to request in writing
- Does the quote cover one jaw or both, and why is this implant configuration proposed?
- Are the provisional and final bridges both included, with materials specified?
- What changes would generate extra fees after examination?
- How many travel stages, review visits and maintenance appointments are assumed?
Frequently asked questions
Is All-on-4 always the cheapest way to replace a full arch?
No. Prices and suitability depend on anatomy, alternatives, materials and the full sequence of care.
Does “teeth in a day” mean permanent teeth that day?
Not necessarily. Teeth placed early may be provisional, and immediate loading requires clinical criteria to be met.
Can I compare two package prices directly?
Only after checking that both include the same treatment stages, prostheses, clinical responsibilities and follow-up.
